Calculator assumes both Gross and AER interest rates have remained the same for the period.  Note the interest rate used to calculate the figure is based on the interest rate applicable for that particular product and balance, at the time of making the calculation. Calculator assumes that the balance has remained the same throughout the period  i.e. there have been no deposits or withdrawals.
